SimplifAi is a hands-on AI training and consulting practice based in Bentonville, Arkansas. We teach small business teams how to adopt and use AI with the tools they already have. We do not sell AI products. We teach people how to use them and build working systems alongside them.

## Founders

- Rachel Sizemore, Co-Founder. Former Program Director, Events Coordinator, Director of Operations, and Chief of Staff. Background in operations, workflows, and communication.
- Theresa Leslie, Co-Founder. Former Accountant, COO, CFO, and Ops Director. Background in finance, data, and business systems.

### Applied AI Training
An immersive 4-6 week engagement where we identify a team's real-world tasks and build AI solutions together. Teams leave with custom AI assistants, prompt libraries, automated workflows, and the skills to keep building independently. Designed for teams of two to ten people doing knowledge work.

### AI Training for Admin and Ops Professionals
Specialized training for executive assistants, office managers, and operations coordinators. Focuses on document processing, reporting, inbox management, and coordination tasks. Uses existing tools and adds AI where it makes the biggest difference.

### Strategic AI Consulting for Leaders
A leadership-level engagement focused on planning: where AI fits in your business, what it costs, how to govern it, and how to manage implementation. Includes an AI readiness assessment and a practical rollout plan.

### Applied AI for Solopreneurs
A shorter engagement for solo business owners. We identify the three to five tasks eating the most time and build AI-powered solutions for them. Designed to deliver results in two to three sessions.
