We're Rachel and Theresa. Between us, we've got decades of experience running small business operations, the kind of work where you wear every hat, fix every system, and somehow keep it all moving.
We started SimplifAi because we saw what AI could do for businesses like the ones we'd spent our careers in. If we were still working inside a company, we'd be the ones figuring out how to use AI and teaching everyone else. So we decided to do exactly that, for as many small businesses as we can.

Theresa is numbers. Rachel is words. Theresa builds the spreadsheet. Rachel makes it pretty. Theresa brings the analytical, quantitative lens. Rachel brings the qualitative, big-picture view.
We approach every problem from two completely different angles and meet in the middle with the best solution. Where one of us sees patterns in data, the other sees patterns in how people actually work. Together, we cover the full picture, and that's why the training sticks. We are the Yin to each other's Yang.

We're both moms. We both love our families and our work. And we believe you shouldn't have to choose between the two.
We've been the person figuring it out.
We know what it's like to be the one in the company Googling "how to connect this to that," training coworkers on new software, and building SOPs for the entire team. We've been the ops person, the admin, the chief of staff, the CFO and the COO, the one who knows where everything is.
AI is the most powerful tool to hit small business in years. But it's useless if no one on the team knows how to use it, or worse, if they're afraid to try.
That's why we started SimplifAi. Not to sell AI. To teach it. To make it feel as doable as any other tool you've learned. And honestly? To make it fun. Because once it clicks, it really is!
