How much does AI training cost?
It depends on how many people and how deep we go, but here are the floors so you are not guessing. A single AI Jumpstart Session is $275. Solopreneur training starts at $750. Admin and executive support training starts at $1,500. Team training starts at $4,500. Strategy and consulting is custom-priced. We scope everything together before we start, so you know exactly what to expect with no surprise costs.
Which package is right for me?
If you are one person, start with Solopreneur or a Jumpstart Session. If you have one or two people doing high-volume admin and ops work, look at Admin and Executive Support. If you want to train a whole team, that is Small Business and Team Training. If you are a leader who wants a plan before investing, that is Strategy and Consulting. Not sure? What is applied AI training?
Applied AI training means we build real systems with you during the training itself. Instead of teaching concepts in a classroom, we use your actual tasks and tools as the training material. You leave with working AI workflows and the confidence to keep building on your own.
Do you offer AI training in Bentonville and Northwest Arkansas?
Yes. I am based in Bentonville and work with small businesses across Northwest Arkansas, including Rogers, Springdale, and Fayetteville. I offer in-person, hands-on training at your location, and remote sessions for teams that prefer it, though in-person is where I see the strongest results.
Do I need technical staff to benefit?
No. This is designed for business operators, not engineers. We work with your existing tools and your team's current skill level. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you can benefit from what I teach.
What tools do you use?
I work with the tools you already have wherever possible. Most engagements use some mix of Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot, Google Workspace, and an automation tool like Make.com when it earns its place. A paid AI subscription is required, since the free versions limit what I can teach. If you are not sure which one to get, I can help you choose.
How long does an engagement take?
It depends on what we are solving. Some wrap up in a few focused sessions, others run over several weeks. We scope it together before we start, so there are no open-ended timelines or surprise costs.

What working with me is like
We use AI to learn AI. The tool teaches you the tool. From the first session you are hands on, in your own software, on your own real tasks.
You are more capable than you think. I am not teaching you anything revolutionary. You could figure this out on your own. I have just been doing it for longer, so I save you the trial and error and stay a step ahead of your questions.
I teach you, I do not do it for you. The whole point is that you can keep going after I leave.
It is all exploratory. This is trial and error, every time. You will not get the finished product on the first try. It will break, you will fix it, and that loop is a skill.
The honest part: it is more work before it is less. AI gives you time back, but not on day one. The first stretch takes practice and patience. The efficiencies come once the habit sticks.
My promise: I teach you to do the thing yourself. A lot of consultants are built to keep you dependent. I would rather you walk away able to do the work on your own, not tied to me by a retainer. That does not mean we are done for good. Plenty of clients come back later to build a new skill or take on a special project once AI has freed up their time. But that is your call, not a string I attach. I will not sell you AI you do not need, and if it is not worth your time, I will tell you. When it is worth it, I love teaching people to do things that feel like magic.
I make you efficient, not an expert. I am not here to turn you into an AI specialist. I help you work faster and smarter with the tools you already have, on the work you already do. The day-to-day of admin, operations, and knowledge work looks similar across most small businesses, which is exactly why this transfers so well.
