Applied AI Training

An immersive 4-6 week engagement where we identify your team's real-world tasks and build AI solutions together.

Your staff learns how to use AI tools and automation on their actual work, not hypothetical exercises. We help your team build custom AI assistants, prompt libraries, and automated workflows during the training itself, so your team finishes with functioning systems and the independent skills to keep building. In addition, basic AI fluency, safety, and guardrails are taught to ensure responsible AI use.

What you walk away with

Custom GPTs and AI assistants built on your business's specific knowledge base
Automated workflows that eliminate manual, repetitive tasks
A reusable prompt library tailored to your team's real work
The skills and confidence to keep building without outside help

Good fit if

You have a team of two to ten people doing knowledge work and you want practical AI skills, not a one hour workshop.

Other Services + Custom Engagements

Light Operations Automations

Small-scale internal workflow automation for businesses that need specific fixes, not full systems.

We build targeted automations for reporting, data syncing, task routing, and repetitive operational work. These are scoped projects using your existing stack (Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Make, Zapier, Apps Script). We focus on solving one problem well, not building infrastructure.

What you walk away with

A working automation that solves a specific operational bottleneck
Documentation so your team can maintain or modify it
Clean handoff with no vendor lock-in or ongoing maintenance contracts
Tools that work inside the software you already pay for

Good fit if

You have a clear, repetitive operational task (weekly reporting, data entry, status updates) that should not require manual work, and you want a builder who understands small business operations.

Common Questions

What is applied AI training?

Applied AI training means we help build real systems with your team during the training itself. Instead of teaching concepts in a classroom, we use your actual tasks and tools as the training material. Your staff leaves with a functioning AI assistant, a prompt library, and at least one automated workflow, in addition to the skills and confidence to continue building.

How does AI actually help small business operations?

The highest-impact uses for small businesses are not the flashy ones. They are the daily tasks that eat time: drafting and formatting documents, summarizing long email threads, building reports from spreadsheet data, routing and responding to routine messages. AI handles those tasks faster and more consistently than manual effort, which frees your team for the work that requires human judgment.

Do you offer in-person AI training in Northwest Arkansas?

Yes. We work with teams on-site in Northwest Arkansas and can deliver training at your location. We also offer remote and hybrid options depending on your team's setup and schedule but find in person sessions are the most effective.

Do I need technical staff to benefit from AI training?

No. Our training is designed for business operators, not engineers. We work with your existing tools and your team's current skill level. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you can benefit from what we teach.

What is the difference between AI training and AI strategy?

AI training builds hands-on skills and working systems with your team. AI strategy is a leadership-level engagement focused on planning: where AI makes sense for your business, what it will cost, how to govern it, and how to manage implementation. Some clients start with strategy, then move to training. Others start with training and come back for strategy as they grow.

How long does an engagement take?

It depends on the service. Team training engagements run four to six weeks, 2-3 hours per session. Solopreneur engagements are shorter, typically two to three sessions. Strategy engagements vary based on scope. We scope every engagement before we start so you know exactly what to expect.

What tools do you use?

We work with the tools your team already has wherever possible. Most engagements involve some combination of Claude, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, and automation platforms like Make.com or Zapier. We do not require you to buy new software before we start but do recommend a paid LLM business tier subscription. We are available to help you choose which one if needed.

Every engagement starts with a conversation.
